SIZES ON PACKAGING
You pick your size we will size accordingly, so for example some items such as a size small fits a medium so on occasions you will receive an item 1 size smaller/larger than you ordered but should fit to the size you requested. Please try the item on before contacting us.
SIZING MEASUREMENTS
Unfortunately due to how busy we are, we do not have the time to measure up items at request, we will be unable to provide this information.
OVERSIZED/SLIM FIT
All items that are oversized or slim fitted will be labeled in the title or description, please choose size accordingly.
PICTURES
All pictures we have are of our in stock items and all the pictures we have taken are on the website. Unfortunately due to how busy we are we do not have the time to take extra pictures, we will be unable to fulfil any requests for this.
PRE ORDERS
All pre order items have at the start or end of their title (PRE-ORDER), we have to make this clear as many customers are unaware of this. It also states in the description that the item you are ordering is a pre order along with the delivery time frame.
All pre orders take 2-3 weeks, all pre orders will be final once paid for due to delivery being directly to you. If you are unhappy with the size/fit/quality of the shoe once received we will discuss exchanging the item with yourself but please contact us at the earliest possible point.
DELIVERY
UK deliveries are through Royal Mail
Republic of Ireland deliveries are through DPD
Options are:
standard delivery (tracked 24) - will be sent out Monday to Friday when ordered and paid by 2pm, this service takes 1-3 working days there is no guarantee it will be received in 1 day. (UK customers only)
Next day delivery (special garuanteed by 1pm) - will be sent out Monday to Thursday when ordered and paid by 2pm. This service should have your item to you by 1pm the following working day. (UK customers only)
Next day Saturday - this option should only be selected when ordering between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm to receive your order for the Saturday. (UK customers only)
DPD 2 Day service - will be sent out Monday to Friday when ordered and paid by 2pm. (Republic of Ireland customers)
TRACKING
Please request your tracking as these are not sent via email and will not be updated on the shop app but will only be available to request after 7pm the same day if paid by 2pm.
RETURNS
All returns are to have a note inside stating the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Items sent back
- What you would like to exchange for
